  • Urban or suburban green space under development pressure
  • Properties with community significance
  • Land with water, agricultural, or ecological value
  • Landowners open to conservation conversations
  • Minimum 20 acres (flexible for exceptional properties)
  • Utah, Idaho, and surrounding Intermountain West states

  1. Review — We evaluate every submission within 2-3 weeks
  2. Research — Promising properties get deeper analysis
  3. Connect — We reach out to discuss next steps
  4. Conversation — If there's mutual interest, we begin formal discussions
